How do I make the booking?
Booking fees must be made to confirm the service.
Each booking fees equal the fee for a single session without package.
Is the booking fees refundable?
Booking fee is non-refundable should the cancellation notice given prior 6-3 days of the service commencement date. 90% of fees will be refunded if cancellation notice given prior 14 days or more of the service commencement date. 70% of fees will be refunded if cancellation notice given prior 13-7 days of the service commencement date.
Can I massage more than 60 minutes?
In medical aspect, it’s not advisable to massage more than 60 minutes on a pregnancy woman.
When I can make the full payment?
Full payment for whole package is required after the 1st session. If no full payment made, the subsequent session would be considered as a fresh single session without package.
Otherwise, the service is considered withdrawn.
Can I add more sessions to the package?
The number of sessions in each package is fixed, it needs to be completed within a stipulated time in the package. For additional session, it would be charged as new package or charged as a fresh single session without package.
How long is the validity period for the package?
Each package validity period is 6 months from the EDD or date of purchased,
What happen to remaining sessions after the validity period?
It would be good to complete all the sessions, as all fees paid would be forfeited after the validity period.
Is there any replacement in the event I can’t make it?
Session can be replaced upon the notice given in advance of 2 days or more, it can be rescheduled or postponed to the next available date and time. The session considered consumed if no proper advance notice given for rescheduling.
What happen if I terminate the package half way through?
Full refund will be given for service termination due to medical reason with Doctor’s verification note, the full refund referring to the pro-rated amount for the balance sessions. Otherwise, any other termination will be subjected to 20% admin charges for balance sessions. Booking fees and the sessions consumed would not be refunded.
